Last updated: July 12, 2026
Our Commitment to Accessibility
GGenesis Strategic Solutions LLC is committed to ensuring that our website and digital services are accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. We believe that accessibility is essential to providing equitable access to information and services, and we are dedicated to continuously improving the accessibility of our platforms.
This Accessibility Statement outlines our commitment, the accessibility standards we follow, and how to report accessibility issues or request assistance.
Accessibility Standards
WCAG 2.1 Compliance
We are committed to meeting or exceeding the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 provides guidelines for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.
Our commitment to WCAG 2.1 Level AA includes:
- Perceivable Content: Ensuring information and user interface components are presented in ways that can be perceived by all users
- Operable Navigation: Providing keyboard navigation, sufficient time to read and use content, and preventing seizure-inducing content
- Understandable Information: Making text readable, predictable, and assisting users in avoiding and correcting mistakes
- Robust Code: Ensuring compatibility with current and future assistive technologies and browsers
Compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
GGenesis Strategic Solutions LLC is committed to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, including Titles II and III as they apply to websites, digital products, and virtual services. We adopt the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our current compliance baseline, consistent with U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) guidance on web accessibility under the ADA and the DOJ's final rule on web accessibility for state and local governments (Title II) issued in April 2024. We are actively evaluating an upgrade to WCAG 2.2 Level AA within the next 12 months.
This commitment applies to:
- ggsso.com and all subdomains
- The CaliberSuite™ AI executive advisor platform
- The Talvori™ operations platform (in development)
- The AI Community member portal
- All workshop materials, replay recordings, and workbooks
- All consulting deliverables and reports
Section 508 Compliance. For federal government clients and prime contractors, we maintain awareness of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and its 2018 refresh, which incorporates WCAG 2.0 Level AA. Federal engagement scopes may include additional Section 508 verifications on request.
State Accessibility Laws. We monitor state-level accessibility laws including:
- California Unruh Civil Rights Act
- California AB 1757 (web accessibility rulemaking, pending)
- New York State Human Rights Law
- Comparable state statutes that extend ADA-like protections to private-sector websites and services
Alternative Format Access. If you need any critical content in an alternative format (large print, screen-reader-friendly PDF, plain text, or audio narration), email ggcarrabbia@ggsso.com with the subject line "ALTERNATIVE FORMAT REQUEST" and we will provide the requested format within 10 business days at no additional cost.
Reporting Accessibility Issues. If any content or feature does not meet these standards, we treat that as a defect to be remediated. You may report accessibility issues through any of the following channels:
- Email: ggcarrabbia@ggsso.com with subject line "ACCESSIBILITY ISSUE"
- Voicemail: leave a message referencing the specific page or feature
- Mail: GGenesis Strategic Solutions LLC, 313 Sandy Bay Drive, Broussard, LA 70518
We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and provide either a remediation plan or alternative access method within 10 business days. For critical accessibility barriers that prevent access to time-sensitive content (such as a workshop link on the day of the workshop), we will provide alternative access within 24 hours where feasible.
Retaliation Prohibited. Consistent with ADA Section 12203, GGenesis prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports an accessibility issue in good faith or requests an accommodation. We do not restrict access to services, refuse to serve, or apply differential pricing based on the exercise of accessibility rights.
